1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Masters Pakistan ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users including clients, registered experts, and visitors.

2. Description of Service

Masters Pakistan is an online directory and marketplace that connects clients with skilled professionals and service providers across Pakistan. We provide a platform for experts to list their services and for clients to find, contact, and hire them. Masters Pakistan acts as an intermediary and is not a party to any agreement between clients and service providers.

3. User Accounts & Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Each person may register only one expert profile
• You must be at least 18 years of age to register as an expert
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Expert Profiles & Content

When creating an expert profile, you agree that:

• All information provided is accurate, truthful, and not misleading
• You possess the qualifications and experience you claim
• Your profile images and portfolio content are your own or you have rights to use them
• You will not impersonate another person or entity
• You will keep your profile information up to date

Masters Pakistan reserves the right to remove or suspend any profile that violates these terms or is found to contain false or misleading information.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Posting false, fraudulent, or misleading information
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Spamming or sending unsolicited commercial messages
• Attempting to circumvent the platform to avoid fees
• Using the platform for any illegal activity
• Scraping or harvesting user data without permission
• Posting inappropriate, offensive, or adult content

6. Promotions & Payments

Masters Pakistan offers optional paid promotion packages (Basic, Featured, Premium) to increase profile visibility. By purchasing a promotion package:

• Payments are processed through Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer
• Promotions are activated after payment verification by our team
• Refunds are not available once a promotion has been activated
• We reserve the right to reject promotion requests that violate our policies

7. Identity Verification

Masters Pakistan offers a free, optional Identity Verification service for master profiles. Any master may apply by submitting their CNIC details and photographs. The "Identity Verified" badge confirms only that we have reviewed the submitted documents to confirm the identity of the person behind the profile. It is not an endorsement, certification, or guarantee of the master's skills, qualifications, conduct, ethics, or quality of work. Clients must conduct their own due diligence before hiring any master, including (where relevant) independently verifying professional licences, qualifications, references and past work.

8. Independent Contractor Relationship & Disclaimer of Liability

All masters listed on Masters Pakistan are independent professionals. They are not employees, agents, partners, representatives, or contractors of Masters Pakistan. Masters Pakistan only provides a directory and communication platform to facilitate connections between clients and masters.

Any agreement, transaction, service, payment, dispute or outcome arising from a connection made through the platform is solely between the client and the master. Masters Pakistan does not supervise, control, manage or guarantee any work performed, advice given, products delivered, or fees charged by any master.

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Masters Pakistan disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, injury, expense, claim, or harm of any kind — direct or indirect — arising out of or in connection with the conduct, acts, omissions, negligence, malpractice, fraud, or any other behaviour of any master or client engaged through the platform. By using Masters Pakistan, you acknowledge that you hire and engage masters entirely at your own risk and responsibility.

9. Internship Board, CVs & Openings

Masters Pakistan provides an optional Internship Board where students and candidates may publish a CV/profile and where recruiters and employers may post internship openings and request access to candidate CVs. The Internship Board is only a listing and connection service. Masters Pakistan is not an employer, recruiter, staffing or placement agency, and is not a party to any application, interview, offer, internship, or arrangement made through the board.

• Candidates are responsible for the accuracy and content of their CV, and must be at least 18 years old to publish one.
• Information you include in a published CV or opening (excluding gated contact details) is made publicly visible — share only what you are comfortable making public.
• Recruiters and employers are solely responsible for the openings they post, their hiring decisions, stipends, and the conduct of any internship.
• We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee any candidate, recruiter, employer, opening, qualification, or the existence, legality, safety, or terms of any internship.
• We do not process or guarantee any stipend, salary, or payment in connection with internships.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Masters Pakistan disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, dispute, unpaid stipend, misrepresentation, or harm of any kind arising from any internship listing, application, or engagement. Both candidates and employers use the Internship Board, and pursue any internship, entirely at their own risk and responsibility, and must conduct their own due diligence.

10. Digital Products Marketplace

Masters Pakistan provides an optional Marketplace where verified sellers may list and sell prebuilt digital products (such as templates, e-books, courses, scripts, design assets, legal drafts and spreadsheets), and buyers may purchase and download them. The Marketplace is a listing and facilitation service only; Masters Pakistan is not the seller, author, or creator of any product listed by users.

For sellers:

• You confirm you own, or are fully licensed to sell and distribute, every product you list, and that it does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• You must not list illegal, pirated, counterfeit, malicious, adult, or otherwise prohibited content. Listings are scanned and may be held for review or rejected.
• Listed prices are in PKR. Masters Pakistan retains a platform fee (currently 20%) from each verified sale, and the remaining share is credited to your seller balance.
• Earnings are subject to a clearing/hold period before they become available for withdrawal, and payouts are sent to the payout details you provide (Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer).
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, support, and lawful delivery of your products, and for any applicable taxes on your earnings.

For buyers:

• Payments are made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer, and access to download a product is unlocked after your payment is verified.
• Digital products are delivered electronically. Because they cannot be "returned", purchases are generally non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy or where a product is materially not as described or undeliverable.
• You receive a limited, personal license to use a purchased product; you may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of it unless its license expressly allows this.

Masters Pakistan does not author, warrant, or guarantee any product, and to the fullest extent permitted by law disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, dispute, infringement, or harm arising from any product, listing, sale, or download. Buyers and sellers transact entirely at their own risk and responsibility.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Masters Pakistan platform including logos, design, text, and features are the intellectual property of Masters Pakistan. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission. By submitting content to the platform, you grant Masters Pakistan a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content.

12. Termination

Masters Pakistan reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any user account, at our sole discretion, for violations of these Terms of Service or for any conduct we deem harmful to the platform or its community. Users may also delete their own accounts at any time by contacting us.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
