1. Our Commitment to Copyright

Masters Pakistan ("we", "our", "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable copyright laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, we will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with this policy.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on our platform — such as a profile image, portfolio item, gig, or any other material — infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our Copyright Agent at contact@masters.com.pk with the subject line "DMCA Notice".

3. What Your Notice Must Include

  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • The exact location (URL or screenshot) of the allegedly infringing material on our platform
  • Your full name, address, phone number, and email address
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

4. Our Response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review the claim and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We may also notify the user who posted the content and, where appropriate, terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

5. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to contact@masters.com.pk that includes your contact information, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your signature. We may restore the content if the original complainant does not pursue legal action within a reasonable period.

6. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate the accounts of users who are found to repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
