Masters Pakistan connects clients with verified professionals. To keep the marketplace safe and trustworthy, every member — expert, client, or visitor — agrees to follow this Code of Conduct.

Be honest

Provide accurate information in your profile, listings, and communications. Do not exaggerate credentials, fake reviews, or misrepresent your services.

Respect others

Treat every member with courtesy. No harassment, hate speech, discrimination, threats, or abusive language. Disagreements should stay professional.

No spam or scams

Do not send unsolicited promotions, phishing links, pyramid schemes, or attempt to defraud another member. Always transact through Masters Escrow for protection.

Keep it legal

Do not use Masters Pakistan for any illegal activity, including selling prohibited items, sharing pirated content, or offering services that violate Pakistani law.

Honour your commitments

If you accept a job, deliver on time. If you hire an expert, pay as agreed. Use Escrow to protect both sides. Communicate delays honestly and early.

Protect privacy

Do not share another member's personal contact details, location, or private messages without consent. Respect the data and dignity of every user.

Report problems

If you see a violation, scam, or unsafe behaviour, report it via the in-app Report button or email contact@masters.com.pk. We act on credible reports promptly.

Consequences

Violations may result in content removal, listing suspension, loss of verification status, or permanent account ban. Serious cases are reported to the relevant authorities.
