Direct hiring carries no work guarantee; for protected payments use Masters Escrow. ## Becoming a Master Register at Become a Master, then complete the profile: headline, tagline, photo and cover, intro video, city/area, category and multiple professions, bio, experience, rates, consultation fee, languages, skills, service tags, service areas, education, certifications, portfolio gallery, project case studies, testimonials, availability and response hours, social links. Verification is not an endorsement of skill or outcomes. ## Gems and Ranks Gems are points earned for real activity, recorded in an immutable ledger: join 100; complete profile 500; get verified 1,000; share a feed post 50 (max 20/day); comment 20 (max 20/day); like 5 (max 20/day); your post gets liked 10 (max 100/day); list a service 200; list a product 300; make a sale 500; receive a positive review 500; leave a review 100. Clients browse by category and city, then contact or order. Gigs can be boosted for extra visibility. ## Digital products marketplace - Items: digital products, courses, website templates, app scripts, legal drafts, ebooks, design assets, spreadsheets and more. - Selling is open to any logged-in user (no expert profile required) via Sell & Earnings: title, type, price (optional discounted price), cover and preview images, short and full description, tags, downloadable file, and optional buyer info requests (email, phone, note). Every listing is AI-moderated; clean listings go live immediately, flagged ones await admin review. - Buying: pay by JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer, then submit transaction reference, sender details and a payment screenshot. Once the team verifies the payment, the download unlocks on My Downloads and a private buyer–seller chat opens. Sellers mark orders delivered; verified buyers can leave a rating and review. ## Seller earnings and payouts Sellers onboard by accepting marketplace terms and saving payout details (JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank). Each verified sale splits into the seller's share (80% at Starter up to 95% at Grand Master) and the platform fee. Earnings hold for a period, then become available; payouts are requested from Sell & Earnings and sent manually by the team. ## Jobs, internships and tasks One unified Jobs hub. Anyone can post a job, internship or one-off task with category, city, work mode (onsite/remote/hybrid), experience level, budget/salary/stipend, duration, positions, deadline, attachments and public or invite-only visibility. Posters accept offers/bids, CV applications, or both, and move applicants through applied → viewed → shortlisted → interviewed → hired/rejected. Private job chat and notifications at every stage. ## CVs for students and job seekers Users build or upload a CV: photo, headline, field, education level, about, skills, languages, education, experience, projects, LinkedIn/GitHub/portfolio, availability, work mode and whether they want internships, jobs or both. CVs are publicly browsable by recruiters, downloadable as PDF, savable and chattable, and can be converted into a full Master profile. ## Masters Escrow (secure 1-to-1 payments) Masters Escrow lets any two parties complete a private deal safely: money is paid to Masters Pakistan first, held until the work is delivered and both sides confirm, then released. Key facts: - Flat 2% service fee on every escrow transaction, deducted before the delivering party is paid. - Minimum deal amount Rs. 500. - Each deal has a private link and a 4-digit access PIN; only holders of both, plus Masters admins, can open it. - Contact between the parties happens on WhatsApp; the deal page shows both numbers. Steps: 1. Create the deal — a logged-in user picks their side (paying or delivering) and enters the other party's name and WhatsApp number, the deal title, the agreed details, the amount in PKR and an optional deadline. 2. Share the link and PIN with the other party (a Share button sends both by WhatsApp). 3. Whoever opens the deal by link + PIN picks their side, which unlocks their step. 4. The paying party sends the amount to Masters Pakistan by JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer and submits the transaction reference, sender details and a payment screenshot. 5. Masters verifies the payment and holds the funds — only then should work start. 6. The delivering party saves their payout details (JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account title and number). 7. Files and work are exchanged privately between the parties (WhatsApp, email, drive link — nothing is uploaded to the escrow page), then the delivering party marks the work delivered with an optional note. 8. Both parties confirm, and Masters releases the amount minus the 2% fee to the delivering party. Every deal has a comment/update thread for both parties and Masters admins, and all updates notify both sides and the team. Only the Masters team can cancel a deal, so payments never get stuck mid-way. Payment verification and release are manual. Escrow is optional and separate from normal gig hiring and product purchases. ## Contests (prize contests with escrow) A client posts a task with a prize in PKR, pays the prize to Masters Pakistan upfront, and the contest goes live once the team verifies the payment — every active Master in that category is then notified. Professionals enter for free with their approach, up to 6 preview images and an optional demo link; all entries are public. The poster picks a winner, a private project chat opens for details and files, and the held prize is released once the work is delivered and confirmed. Contests suit well-defined tasks (logo, landing page, script, document, design) where the client wants to see real options before paying. ## Community feed A professional feed for updates, questions, answers, tips, knowledge, success stories, achievements, milestones and client requirements. Posts support text, multiple images, video, tags and @mentions. Readers like, comment, save and share.
